Job Description

  You’ll be working for a specialist property services company focused exclusively on the UK social housing sector, providing 24/7 repairs, maintenance, and decarbonisation services to local authorities and housing associations. Known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment, this is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Carpenter-Multi.

 As a Carpenter-Multi you will be:

Carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks on social housing properties
Aim to resolve issues on the first visit to minimise repeat visits and disruptions
Execute duties with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining standardsI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Social housing experience as a Carpenter
Additional skills in plastering, plumbing, tiling or painting and decoratingThe role is offering the following benefits if eventually permanent:

PPE provided
Van and fuel card
Overtime and callouts available
£3,000 colleague referral fee
Eligible for bonus up to 5%This role is offering £20-£23 per hour 
Location & travel
 Based across the South Birmingham, this role is easily accessible from the A38, A441 and the A435.
