Job Description

Cleaning Campus Manager

Location: Slough
Pay: £19.23–£21.63 per hour
Hours: 7:00am–3:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Campus Manager to oversee cleaning services across a large multi-building site in Slough.

You will manage the daily cleaning operation, supervise the on-site team, maintain high standards and act as the main point of contact for the client.

Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage daily cleaning operations across Buildings A, B and C.

  * 

    Supervise cleaning staff, rotas, attendance, training and performance.

  * 

    Complete site inspections, audits and quality checks.

  * 

    Manage health and safety records, COSHH, PPE and risk assessments.

  * 

    Coordinate supplier visits, access arrangements and service reports.

  * 

    Monitor cleaning stock, equipment and resource requirements.

  * 

    Attend client meetings and resolve service issues promptly.

  * 

    Produce daily and monthly site performance reports.

Requirements

  * 

    Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager, Site Manager or Cleaning Supervisor.

  * 

    Experience managing cleaning teams on a commercial or multi-site contract.

  * 

    Strong knowledge of cleaning audits, KPIs, COSHH and health and safety.

  * 

    Confident dealing with clients, staff and external suppliers.

  * 

    Good administrative, reporting and organisational skills.

  * 

    Experience using systems such as iAuditor, SafetyCulture or Zoho would be beneficial.

This is a permanent opportunity offering stable daytime hours and responsibility for a major cleaning contract
