Client Account Manager
Location: Newport Pagnell
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Job Type: Perm, Hybrid (2 days in Office including Tuesdays)
Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 DOE
We’re seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join a fast-paced Sales & Channel Incentives team within a dynamic, client-focused organisation. If you excel at project delivery, client management, and keeping multiple workstreams running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role.
You’ll lead the delivery of client projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Acting as the main point of contact, you’ll build strong client relationships, manage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to account growth alongside a Client Success Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day delivery of client programmes and manage internal resources.
Act as the primary client contact and escalation point for participant queries.
Write clear technical documentation and collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and developers.
Manage programme websites, communication plans, and data requirements.
Oversee financial processes: budgets, costs, invoicing, and job set-up.
Support upselling opportunities and contribute to account development plans.
Lead client meetings, producing agendas, reports, and presentations.
Line-manage Client Account Executives (if applicable).
About You
Strong client service experience in an agency or similar environment.
Proven project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident managing budgets and financial processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and digital systems.
Commercially minded with a passion for quality and client satisfaction.
Experience in performance improvement or incentives is a bonus.
