What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  * Processing payrolls accurately and on time.

  * Acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll-related queries.

  * Ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.

  * Producing payroll reports and supporting client decision-making.

  * Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data.

  * Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.

  * Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.

  * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  * Experience in payroll processing.

  * Experience managing multiple client payrolls simultaneously.

  * Payroll bureau or managed services experience.

  * Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.

  * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  * Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

  * Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

  * Experience using payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
