A growing IFA firm is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a dynamic team where your expertise will directly shape client experience and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact by ensuring smooth processes and compliance in a fast-paced financial environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Client communication and handling queries promptly and professionally
Preparing recommendation documentation and valuation reports
Maintaining accurate and compliant client files
Processing new business, fund switches and withdrawals
Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority and liaising with providers
Managing adviser workflows and supporting operational tasksSkills / experience:

You will bring at least two years' experience in an IFA or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of ISA, investment and pension processes. Confidence using CRM and back-office systems is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will help you thrive in this role.
