Clinical Negligence Solicitor Join a growing and ambitious firm with an excellent reputation My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their established and supportive team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence practitioner to take responsibility for an established caseload of claims, managing matters independently from inception through to conclusion. Your caseload will include claims of varying complexity, offering the opportunity to work on a broad range of challenging and rewarding cases. You will also participate in the department's rota for new enquiries and instructions, enabling you to further develop and grow your practice. About You To be successful in this role, you will: Have proven experience managing a clinical negligence caseload independently from inception to settlement or trial. Possess strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and procedures. Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills. Be highly organised, with strong attention to detail. Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive and collaborative team. What's on Offer An established caseload from day one.
