About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner with strong setting, operating, and programming capabilities to join a high-performing precision engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

    Set, operate, and program CNC turning machines (Siemens/XYZ Proturn/other controls—add as needed) Siemen controls essential

  * 

    Produce high-quality precision components to tight tolerances

    Read and interpret engineering drawings

  * 

    Conduct tool changes, offsets, and quality checks

  * 

    Maintain machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation

  * 

    Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

Requirements:

    Proven experience as a CNC Turner (setting, operating, and programming)

  * 

    Ability to work with minimal supervision

  * 

    Strong understanding of engineering drawings and machining principles
