A leading international engineering and technical services organisation is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead and grow its Energy & Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division in Ireland.
This is more than a traditional Contracts Manager role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of an established and growing business unit, leading a dedicated team while driving expansion across Ireland's energy infrastructure market.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the Energy & T&D division in Ireland.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary team delivering high-voltage and energy infrastructure projects.
* Driving business development activities and identifying opportunities to grow the division across the Irish market.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with utilities, developers, EPC contractors and key industry stakeholders.
* Winning new work through strategic client engagement and commercial awareness.
* Managing multiple contracts from pre-construction through to successful completion.
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
* Taking ownership of commercial performance, including forecasting, reporting, contract administration and risk management.
* Supporting tender submissions, pricing strategies and bid development.
* Recruiting and developing talent as the business continues to expand.
* Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and maximise profitability.
About You
* You are a commercially minded leader with a strong background in electrical infrastructure and a proven ability to deliver projects while developing new business opportunities.
* Extensive experience in a Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, Project Director or similar senior leadership position.
* A background in Transmission & Distribution, substations, utilities, renewable energy, power infrastructure or other high-voltage electrical environments.
* Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
* A successful track record of winning work and building long-term client relationships.
* Experience managing and developing project delivery teams.
* Excellent knowledge of project controls, programme management, financial reporting and contract delivery.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a business and build a successful team.
What's on Offer
* The opportunity to lead and develop a growing Energy & T&D division in Ireland.
* Significant autonomy to shape the business, drive growth and influence strategic direction.
* Responsibility for both business development and project delivery within a supportive international organisation.
* A pipeline of major energy infrastructure projects supporting Ireland's expanding power network.
* A competitive salary, attractive benefits package and genuine long-term career progression.
* The chance to make a lasting impact by building a successful team and growing a key business unit.
