 Salary: £29,411.20 Location: Hams Hall Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00      Arvato is looking for a Control Tower Operator to join its logistics control tower team at the Hams Hall distribution centre. The role focuses on monitoring and coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring orders move efficiently through the supply chain using systems such as SAP and reporting tools. 

Your Tasks     
 Plan, monitor and control order processing and goods flow to meet SLAs and KPIs. 

Use SAP WMS to track inventory, orders, and system processes. 

Provide first-level SAP support for operational teams. 

Carry out inventory checks, stock counts and system postings. 

Produce KPI reports and data analysis for operational performance. 

Identify and resolve logistics issues and coordinate with different departments. 

Support warehouse improvement projects and operational planning. 

Your Profile     
 Experience with SAP (WMS) – essential. 

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. 

Good IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office. 

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
