I'm working with a well-established transatlantic law firm with a strong reputation across Europe and the US, looking to strengthen their Brussels team with a 4-5 PQE Corporate/M&A Associate.

The Role

You'll be joining a highly regarded corporate team advising on:

Cross-border M&A transactions
Private equity deals
Corporate structuring and joint ventures
High-value, multi-jurisdictional mattersThis isn't a support role. You'll be hands-on with clients, working closely with Partners and taking real ownership of transactions.
