Academics are recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in Southampton seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Cover Supervison Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a key, fast-paced position within a busy school environment in Southampton, with responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily running of cover arrangements across the school. You will plan, manage and allocate daily cover for both planned and unplanned staff absence. The Cover Supervisor Co-ordinator will liaise with supply agencies, deploy internal staff effectively, and manage room changes or timetable adjustments as required throughout the day.
