Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Ownership: Take charge of planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns across multiple territories, ensuring they align with business deadlines.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
Performance Monitoring: Implement test and learn strategies to enhance campaign performance and improve customer KPIs, such as purchase frequency and revenue per buyer.
Insights Collaboration: Partner with the insights team to track campaign performance and leverage data to refine future strategies.
Database Management: Keep a close eye on database metrics to maintain an accurate view of active opt-ins and churn rates.
Initiative Ownership: Drive initiatives aimed at improving database opt-ins, employing a test and learn approach to attract high-quality subscribers.
Compliance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer data governance and GDPR compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: Proven track record managing CRM campaigns in ecommerce retail, preferably with a global footprint. Experience with platforms like Exponea is a bonus!
Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience with analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics, to derive actionable insights.
Relationship Building: Excellent ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Emotional Intelligence: A high level of emotional intelligence to communicate effectively across all audience levels.
Creative Mindset: A fearless approach to generating innovative ideas and testing them rapidly to challenge the status quo.
