We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join this fast- growing business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure customer enquiries are resolved efficiently. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator job will include:

  * Assist with general administrative duties to support the customer service team.

  * Deal with customer enquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.

  * Process returns and refunds in line with company policies.

  * Investigate delivery issues with courier partners and provide customers with updates.

  * Liaise with the warehouse regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items.

  * Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

  * Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments when required.

Key Skills required for the Customer Service Administrator job will include:

  * Previous experience in e-commerce customer service or administrative role.

  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.

  * High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  * Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  * Experience using customer service platforms such as Zendesk or similar.
