Job Description

Customer Service Administrator 
 
Full Time | Monday-Friday 
Permanent - North Nottingham 
 
We're recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Mansfield. This is a busy, varied role supporting customers throughout the order process while working closely with sales and internal teams. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
* Processing customer orders, quotations, returns and credit notes. 
* Managing customer enquiries by phone and email. 
* Providing order updates and resolving delivery queries. 
* Building strong customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. 
* Maintaining customer records and pricing within SAP and CRM systems. 
* Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process. 
 
About You 
 
* Previous customer service or customer administration experience. 
* Excellent communication and organisational skills. 
* Strong attention to detail. 
* Good Microsoft Office skills. 
* SAP or CRM experience is desirable but not essential. 
* A proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
