About the Role:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will support customers across different channels while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat

·      Resolve issues related to products, services, or accounts

·      Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

·      Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required

·      Follow company processes and service standards

·      Support continuous improvement in customer experience

·      Ensure timely and professional communication at all times

What We’re Looking For:

·      Previous experience in customer service or similar role

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently

·      Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

·      Comfortable using systems, CRM tools, or support platforms

·      Reliable and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

·      Experience in retail, e-commerce, or service industries
