Job description:
Customer Service Agent based at a physical contact centre in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will assist clients with inquiries specifically related to their loan accounts during a standard 37.5-hour work week.
Employees must be available to work rotating shifts that include both weekdays and weekends, though the facility remains closed on bank holidays.
Applicants are expected to possess prior call centre experience, while knowledge of financial services or record management is considered a plus.
