Job Type : Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid working (2 days from home)

We are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or data handling experience who is looking to develop their career within a data-focused role.

This position plays a key role in supporting business operations through accurate data management, reporting, and close collaboration with both customers and internal teams.

The Role

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for managing and analysing customer data to support day-to-day operations and improve overall efficiency. You will act as a key point of contact for customer queries, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights that support business performance.

  * Providing a high level of customer service via email and phone

  * Responding to customer queries and resolving issues through data analysis and system reporting

  * Generating reports and extracting data from internal systems

  * Maintaining and updating customer data within CRM platforms

  * Analysing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

  * Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow

  * Supporting stock updates and data processing in partnership with customers

  * Managing your own workload to meet deadlines and team objectives

About You

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and confident working with data in a fast-paced environment.

  * Experience in data entry, administration, or data handling

  * Strong IT skills

  * Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability

  * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  * A proactive approach to problem-solving
