This is a great opportunity to join a well established organisation on a temporary basis, starting in mid-January and running until the end of April. You must be able to commit to the full booking.
This role would suit someone with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am–5.30pm and Friday 9.00am–5.00pm. Hybrid working is offered with 2–3 days per week in the office. Pay is £13.00 per hour.
The role
You will be supporting a data capture project, processing survey responses and accurately updating information onto an internal system. Accuracy and the ability to interpret information correctly are essential.
There will be some follow up calls where information cannot be captured digitally, so you should be comfortable making and receiving phone calls as part of an administrative process.
Key responsibilities
* Updating survey data onto internal systems
* Checking, reviewing and interpreting information for accuracy
* Managing data entry across a manual framework
* Making outbound calls when required to gather missing information
* Ensuring records are complete and handled correctly
Experience required
* Strong administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence picking up new and older systems quickly
* Comfortable communicating by phone when needed
