Lead Learning: HLTA – Chorleywood

Location: Chorleywood, Hertfordshire
 Start Date: ASAP / January 2026
 Contract: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
 Salary: £34,398 – £52,490

An experienced HLTA is required to support classroom learning and deliver structured lessons. Provide guidance to students and assist teachers in achieving learning objectives.

 Support teaching across year groups, delivering lessons and helping students achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
 • Supporting learning across key stages
 • Planning and delivering lessons under teacher guidance
 • Assisting with assessments and tracking progress
 • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

 • HLTA qualified
 • Experience supporting students across different year groups
 • Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative
