DAYS - Engineer - Asset Care 
DAYS - Rugby
£44,400 per annum (Days) 

Are you a skilled Engineer with a passion for continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and asset performance? We're looking for an Asset Care Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced FMCG food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and continuous asset improvement activities
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
Optimise equipment performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decision making
Support capital investment projects and machinery upgrades
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and engineering standards
Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to keep our operations running smoothly
Maintain accurate engineering records and asset documentation

A range of engineering qualifications, City & Guilds, HND, NVQ, Apprenticeship, BTEC etc
