Job Description

We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a Client-Side Demolition Site Manager at Connahs Quay Power Station in Wales. 

The Demolition Site Manager role comes with a rate of £600-£625 per day - INSIDE IR35. The successful candidate will have demolition experience and worked on a large-scale industrial site.
Key skills
Lead site operations and manage the contractor to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of demolition works.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards, including reviewing RAMS, overseeing waste management, and driving a zero-harm culture.
Monitor and validate contractor performance, including progress, quality of work, and adherence to programme and specifications.
Protect adjacent live infrastructure and coordinate site activities to minimise disruption to operational plant areas.
Oversee contract administration, including payment verification, variations management, defect resolution, and reporting.
Provide leadership to the site team, ensuring effective risk management, stakeholder coordination, and project close-out documentation.
