As a Branch Manager, your role is to deliver the right temporary power solution for customers, whatever the scale or complexity of the project.
You will be responsible for overseeing Sales and Operations within your depot in Glasgow, alongside managing and overseeing a small team of branch personnel. Your role as Depot manager is to foster a positive work environment, training, motivating and developing your team members to deliver outstanding results
Qualifications and skills
Previous experience in a managerial/supervisory role within a rental business
Driven and commercially astute
Ability to interpret data to evaluate business performance
Great people skills management with the ability to develop and motivate your team
Strong communication and organisation skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
IT literate
