£57,000 - £62,000 + Progression + Training + 25 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Shutdown + Free On-Site Parking + Company Events

Are you a design manager, who is proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup, looking to join a well-established sub-contracting fit out company that works on a range of residential projects across London?

Are you looking to receive software training to develop your SolidWorks skills and be supported in gaining your CIOB membership, in a company that offers an enhanced holiday package and a Christmas Shutdown?

This company was established over a decade ago and in that time has become a trusted supplier for large tier one companies like Balfour Beatty. Primarily completely woodwork and carpentry related fit outs, the company has grown year on year.

Part of a wider group, they have a sister company that they work closely with who provide mechanical and hard FM services.

The Role:

Three days in the office and two days visiting client sites, ensuring projects are being completed to design specifications
Collaborate with engineers and project managers
Liaise with clients to understand their projects needs and ensure projects follow their necessities
Create initial drawings for projects and then develop models
Work in a design team of four and attend design reviews to ensure all projects are being worked at a correct pace
Maintain an up to date knowledge of all industry and building standardsThe Person:

Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup
Experience in a construction or joinery / carpentry fit out background
