Job Type: Full-time, ongoing with potential for permanent employment

About the Role

We're currently recruiting Day Dispatch Operatives to join a well-established and prestigious employer in Bridgwater.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term position with excellent progression opportunities.

You'll be working in a chilled warehouse environment (around 4°C), helping to move trolleys of milk and dairy products safely and efficiently throughout the site. The role is physically demanding, so a good level of fitness and a proactive attitude are essential.

Shift Schedule

14:00 - 22:30 or 06:00 - 14:30
5 out of 7 days per week
Regular weekend work required
Frequent overtime opportunities available
Weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements apply after 12 weeks of work.

Pay Rates

£12.37ph Days Pre & Post AWR Basic hours
£18.56ph Days Pre & Post AWR Overtime hours after 40hrs
£15.22ph Nights Pre & Post AWR Basic hours
£21.41ph Nights Pre & Post AWR Overtime hours after 40hrsPost AWR Rate enhancements

£15.46 - £18.31ph Saturdays Post AWR
£18.56 - £21.41ph Sundays Post AWR
£24.74 - £27.59ph Bank Holidays Post AWR

Requirements

Physically fit and comfortable working in a chilled environment (approx. 4°C)
Ability to manoeuvre heavy trolleys safely
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is beneficial but not essential
