Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Homes

Location: Leyland
Salary: £55,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and resilient Dual Registered Manager to lead two Ofsted-registered homes in Leyland. You will provide strong leadership, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

  * Oversee daily operations across two children’s homes

  * Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015

  * Lead, develop, and motivate staff teams

  * Manage budgets, rotas, training, and supervision

  * Build strong relationships with local authorities and partner agencies

  * Promote safeguarding and continuous improvement

About You

  * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care

  * Proven track record of achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings

  * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  * Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
