We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Manager who can work within a team of dedicated and hard-working staff.
We are looking for:
* A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Early Years
* Previous management experience in an Early Years setting
* Lead and manage staff on a day-to-day basis
* Develop and implement long-term, medium-term, and sessional curriculum plans that align with the EYFS requirements
* Ensure the safety and welfare of children within the setting, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
* Build positive relationships with parents and carers
* Strive for excellence in care and education
* Oversee and maintain financial budgets for the setting, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately
