The Role

As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you will spend your day inspiring young minds, and ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Deliver the EYFS: Plan and implement engaging, play-based activities that spark curiosity and meet individual developmental needs.

  * Be a Key Person: Build strong, trusting relationships with a small group of children and their families, tracking their progress through observations and assessments.

  * Safety First: Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety, ensuring all safeguarding policies are strictly followed.

  * Team Spirit: Collaborate with colleagues to create a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For in Early Years Nursery Practitioners

  * Qualifications: A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

  * Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting (preferred) and a good understanding of the EYFS.

  * Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude, bags of energy, and a genuine love for working with children.

  * Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm (and keep smiling!) during the busy nursery day.
