What you’ll be getting stuck into as an Early Years Skills Assessor Coach
Delivering Level 2, 3 and 5 apprenticeship qualifications to early years learners
Coaching and preparing learners for end-point assessments
Visiting workplaces across the region to carry out observations and assessments
Ensuring all assessment and coaching activities align with National Standards and Awarding Body requirements
Supporting childcare providers so that training delivery meets their operational needs
Managing your own learner caseload, appointments and documentation efficiently
What you’ll bring to the table as an Early Years Skills Assessor Coach
CAVA, A1 Award or equivalent qualification
Previous experience delivering early years or childcare assessment
Degree-level early years or nursery management background
Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS or equivalent) — desirable
Strong organisation, accuracy and IT literacy
This is a home-based role with travel in the local region to meet with learners in their workplace.
