Early Years Teacher 

12 Months Fixed Term (Immediate Start)

Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school on a fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. This role will involve teaching across Nursery and Year 1, providing continuity and a nurturing learning environment for children aged 3-6.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reflective practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally within a nurturing and inclusive school environment.

The Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Nursery and Year 1
Support children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND
Use relational approaches to support behaviour and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil progressAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher status (EYTS)
Have experience teaching within Early Years
Demonstrate strong classroom practice and high expectations for pupil achievement
Have experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs
Be a reflective practitioner with excellent communication skills
Be caring, adaptable, and committed to inclusive educationWhat's on Offer
