The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of electrical services across multiple projects — ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  * Plan, schedule, and deliver electrical projects on time and within budget

  * Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors

  * Manage procurement, cost control, and resource allocation

  * Review electrical designs, drawings, and specifications

  * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards

  * Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures

  * Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

  * Oversee testing, commissioning, and project close-out

What You’ll Bring

  * Time-served electrical background and/or HNC/D in Electrical Building Services (preferred)

  * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing electrical projects in the commercial or industrial sector

  * Excellent knowledge of electrical systems and installation methods

  * Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and planning software

  * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  * Commercial awareness and attention to detail
