The Role
As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site electrical elements, ensuring the successful and compliant delivery of the project against set deliverables. This is a critical leadership role on site.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Operations
Safety & Quality: Ensure full on-site compliance with EHSQ standards, including conducting Toolbox Talks, reviewing and implementing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and managing PPE use.
Permits: Ensure all necessary permits to work are obtained and strictly followed.
Coordination: Manage the on-site coordination of plant hire, tools, materials, and direct labour.
Leadership: Oversee, manage, and provide guidance to site supervisors, the electrical workforce, and subcontractors. Direct and train apprentices, including managing deliveries and daily checks.
Procurement: Order all day-to-day site materials.
Project Control & Reporting
Scheduling: Execute project-specific scheduling and sequencing for electrical works.
Reporting: Update appropriate information for the project progress report and deliver accurate data for the labour tracker.
Meetings: Attend internal team planning and coordination meetings.
Communication: Manage external correspondence and effectively communicate project changes to the team.

Quality & Handover
