Safety & Risk Management: Lead on-site delivery of EHSQ policies, including Toolbox talks, RAMS implementation, and the procurement of all necessary permits
Resource & Logistics Oversight: Coordinate plant hire, tools, and day-to-day material ordering while managing the labour tracker to optimise project spend.
Stakeholder Communications: Serve as the primary site contact for internal planning meetings and external correspondence, providing detailed progress reports and quality monitoring.
Mentorship: Direct and train apprentices, overseeing their daily checks and delivery management to build future technical talent.
Qualifications & Expertise
Trade Certified: Fully Qualified Electrician with extensive on-site experience.
Safety Accredited: Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
Regulatory Compliance: Up-to-date manual handling and safe pass credentials.
Project Management: Proficient in project-specific scheduling and the use of Document Management Systems.
