Electrical Site Manager – Colchester (Commercial Projects)

I’m working with a well-established and growing M&E contractor with a strong reputation across the UK.

They deliver mechanical and electrical installations across:

    Commercial projects

  * 

    Education (schools, universities)

  * 

    Healthcare

They are known for delivering high-quality projects and have strong relationships with major main contractors.

The Role

  * 

    Full-time, site-based role in Colchester

  * 

    Managing electrical packages on commercial projects typically £1M–£12M

  * 

    Overseeing subcontractors and labour on site

  * 

    Responsible for:

      * 

        Health & Safety

      * 

        Quality assurance (QA)

      * 

        Daily site operations

  * 

    Acting as the main electrical lead on site

Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor

  * 

    Comfortable running projects independently

  * 

    Experience working alongside main contractors

  * 

    Strong knowledge of H&S and QA processes

Package

    £55,000 – £60,000 salary

    Company van and fuel card
