Estate Agent – Sales & Valuations
📍 Location: Manchester M3

💰 Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (OTE £40,000+)
A brilliant opportunity to join a busy and growing independent estate agency in Manchester, offering a varied role across both sales and valuations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the market as much as closing deals, giving you the chance to win instructions, build your own pipeline, and see transactions through from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth while developing your own earning potential.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
  * Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
  * Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  * Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
  * Generating new business through calls, follow-ups and local networking
  * Managing your pipeline and progressing sales through to completion
  * Keeping up to date with local market trends and pricing strategies
  * Delivering a professional and personable customer experience
About You
  * Experience within residential sales (negotiator or valuer level)
  * Confident in both client-facing and business generation activities
  * Commercially aware with a strong drive to hit targets
  * Organised and able to manage a busy, fast-paced workload
  * Strong negotiation and communication skills
  * Positive, energetic and team-focused attitude
  * Full UK driving licence (preferred)
