Job Description

Enjoy a permanent full time Facilities Assistant role offering a generous holiday package of 38 days of annual leave and rota-based overtime. This position is based in Leicester, working for a local college.

As a Facilities Assistant you are responsible for:

Operating college security systems
Operating the heating and ventilation system where required
Ensure the grounds are clean and tidy and report any defects
Testing fire alarm systems and ensuring emergency exits are clear 
Working early and late split shift pattern

Worked for a school or college previously 
Has experience as a caretaker
Worked split shift patterns
The Facilities Assistant role is offering:

Annual Salary starting at £25k per year
38 days annual leave (Including bank holidays and mandatory shut down)
