As a Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Lead the day-to-day management of facilities across three operational sites
Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes
Manage the approved contractor process, ensuring competence, compliance and value for money
Drive facilities improvement projects and capital investment initiatives
Prepare and manage facilities budgets, forecasts and planned investment
Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and statutory requirements
As a Facilities Manager, your experience will include:

Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar leadership role
Experience managing multi-site facilities operations, advantageous
Strong track record in contractor and supplier management
Sound understanding of facilities compliance and statutory building requirements, including ISO 14001
Experience managing maintenance programmes and facilities budgets
