An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a global business based just south of Cambridge. This role is for a 12 week assignment to support the team, and due to the nature of the work, this will be a fully office based position. Within the role, you will report into the Finance Manager.
Within this role as Finance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within the accounts team and be tasked with the following duties:
- Processing invoices, including multi currency invoices
- Reconciling monthly billing
- Raising and resolving any invoice disputes
- Identify any opportunities for process improvement
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
As the successful candidate for this position, you will possess previous experience working within an all round Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant role, with good knowledge of accounting processes and procedures, particularly within billing. You will also have strong organisation skills, good interpersonal skills, and be proactive in your working approach. This role works in a fast paced atmosphere, so you will also be comfortable working to deadlines.
