We are looking for a Senior Administrator with B2B customer support experience to join one of our global clients on the outskirts of Cambridge.
Main duties will include
* Support customers with enquiries by phone, email, or online
* Manage the repairs and disposal of technical devices
* Produce reports on repair and disposal activity
* Use internal systems to track devices and update records
* Support the management of external repair centres, including reporting and audits
* Help improve processes and support the wider team
The ideal candidate will have
* Educated to A level or equivalent
* B2B customer support experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and a CRM
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confident communicating with people at all levels
* Ability to travel in the UK and overseas
