Fire Door Assessor, Warrington

The Role

As a Fire Door Assessor, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of residential properties by inspecting, testing, and reporting on fire door performance. You’ll assess condition and functionality, identifying any defects or non-compliance issues in line with current fire safety legislation.

You’ll produce clear, detailed inspection reports, liaise with contractors to ensure timely corrective actions, and maintain accurate compliance records.

What’s Required?

The ideal candidate will have:

Certification as a Fire Door Inspector (e.g., BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Inspector, IFSM Level 4 Fire Safety, or equivalent).

Recognised certification as a Fire Door Inspector

Strong working knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and building standards

Proven experience conducting fire door inspections and producing detailed compliance reports

A valid UK driving licence, your own vehicle
