We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Garage Manager / Branch Manager to oversee operations at a busy automotive site in Kingston Upon Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, nationally recognised automotive network that values leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.

 Benefits for the successful Garage Manager will include:

Competitive base salary of £40,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to an additional £10,000 in bonuses based on branch performance
Outstanding bonus scheme, with average annual bonus earnings around £10,000; some managers achieve over £25,000
Up to 44 days holiday, including bank holidays
48-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, with flexible scheduling options

Lead and motivate the team to achieve and surpass branch targets
Ensure high standards of customer service, maintaining a professional company image
Manage daily operations to maximise profitability and efficiency
Oversee workflow, stock control, and financial transactions, ensuring security and accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment according to company standards
Foster positive relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty
Coordinate staff activities and oversee training to ensure operational excellence
Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements to drive branch successRequirements as a Garage Manager:

Proven experience as a Garage Manager, Autocentre Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a fast-fit or automotive environment
Strong team leadership and excellent communication skills
Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
Knowledge of automotive repair processes, workshop management, and health & safety standards
Ability to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and lead by example
