Salary: £25,584 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days per week (Monday - Sunday), between 8:00am - 10:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
Responding to customer queries via email and phone in both English and German, ensuring a warm, professional, and timely service
Processing new customer orders and providing advice on products - including opportunities to upsell where appropriate
Supporting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
What We're Looking For
Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment
A confident communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your own workload
A true team player with a "can-do" approach
