The key responsibilities for the German Speaking Accounts Payable Administrator role are:

Process invoices and ensure accurate coding and approval in line with company policies.
Handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
Communicate with German-speaking suppliers to address queries and maintain strong relationships.
Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
