Graduate Area Sales Executive

North West England & North Wales

£25,000 – £35,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

The Opportunity

This is a standout opportunity for a driven graduate to launch a long-term career in sales with a well-established and highly respected manufacturer in the construction sector.

Joining this business as a Graduate Area Sales Executive, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing a defined territory across the North West of England and North Wales, working with a broad customer base and building your commercial skillset from day one.

With structured development, ongoing support, and clear progression, this role offers a genuine pathway into senior leadership including future progression into a Sales Director position.

The Role

As a Graduate Area Sales Executive, you will:

  * Manage and develop relationships within; Builders’ merchants, House builders, Roofing contractors, Developers etc.

  * Promote and sell a range of high-quality roofing products

  * Identify and win new business opportunities across your territory

  * Maintain and grow existing accounts

  * Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations

  * Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

  * Track activity and pipeline through CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

  * A recent graduate (or equivalent) with strong ambition to build a career in sales

  * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  * Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude

  * Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)

  * Resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn

No prior sales experience required — full training and development will be provided.
