The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students across KS3 and KS4
Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
Assist pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Help students develop confidence and independence
Work closely with class teachers to support learning outcomes
Gain practical classroom management experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
