 Hammersmith & Fulham| £90-£100 per day | Full-Time |

You'll join the school's dedicated SEN team, supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Working closely with teachers and the SEN department, you'll help create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.

Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with additional needs.

Support the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.

Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages student growth and confidence.

About You

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about education and committed to supporting young people.

Essential Qualities:

A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting SEN.

Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Positive, proactive attitude with strong organisational abilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience working with children or young people is desirable.

Full-time availability from November for at least two terms.

Enhanced DBS and references covering the last 10 years.

Right to work in the UK.
