Location: Weston – Super - Mare
Salary: £22.05 p/h (£44,730.80 p/a) + Overtime + £3,000 Joining Bonus!
Day Shifts | Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK bus operator for an experienced HGV Technician to join their engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern buses, develop your skills, and enjoy excellent pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities of the HGV Technician
Diagnose and repair vehicle faults, servicing, and parts replacement
Conduct road testing as required to confirm repairs
Follow all HSE legislation, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain and develop your technical skills to stay up to date with vehicle technologyRequirements of the HGV Technician
Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Engineering or Vehicle Maintenance
Ability to multi-skill in an engineering environment
Effective communication skills with colleagues and supervisors
Full UK Driving Licence (PCV licence desirable – training available)
