HLTA – Creative Arts Specialism
 Location: Southwark
 Contract: Full time
 Salary: £120 - £145 per day

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in Creative Arts to join our school. This is an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning, bringing creativity and inspiration to our pupils across the curriculum.

The Role:

Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, with a focus on Creative Arts (art, music, drama, and creative projects).
Work with small groups or whole classes, under the direction of teachers, to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
Plan and prepare resources for creative lessons.
Support pupils’ learning, personal development, and wellbeing.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Assist with assessment and feedback, reporting pupil progress to teachers.We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in primary education, ideally with Creative Arts.
Is passionate about fostering creativity and confidence in pupils.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Is flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Holds HLTA status or is working towards HLTA accreditation (desirable).Why Join Us:
