HLTA - Burnley Alternative Provision

Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay: £117.25 - £144.60 per day (dependent on experience)3

Are you a passionate, resilient, and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking to make a real difference? Our Burnley-based Alternative Provision is seeking a skilled practitioner to join our supportive and forward-thinking team.

In this unique setting, you'll play a vital role in helping young people re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. Every day is different-and every day, you'll have the opportunity to change a life.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified HLTA with experience supporting learners with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour
Someone calm, patient, and adaptable, with excellent behaviour management skills
A team player able to deliver planned lessons, support small groups, and build strong relationships
