Your role will involve: Leadership & Performance: - Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance. - Set clear priorities through regular meetings and performance reviews. Allocations & Tenancy Management: - Drive efficient allocation processes and ensure robust tenancy management. - Oversee complex cases and lead on multi-agency coordination when needed. Community Engagement: - Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners. - Champion customer involvement, ensuring their voices shape local initiatives. Regulatory Assurance: - Ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards. - Maintain an assurance trail on decision-making and case outcomes.
