What You'll Do:
As a Housing Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary neighbourhood delivery team, ensuring our communities flourish and that our residents feel valued and supported. Your role will involve:

Leadership & Performance: - Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance. 

- Set clear priorities through regular meetings and performance reviews. 

Allocations & Tenancy Management: - Drive efficient allocation processes and ensure robust tenancy management. 

- Oversee complex cases and lead on multi-agency coordination when needed. 

Community Engagement: - Build strong relationships with local authorities and community partners. 

- Champion customer involvement, ensuring their voices shape local initiatives. 

Regulatory Assurance: - Ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards. 

- Maintain an assurance trail on decision-making and case outcomes. 

What You Bring:
We're looking for a motivated professional who embodies our values and is ready to lead with integrity. You should have:

Strong knowledge of housing management and tenancy law.
Proven experience in managing neighbourhood services within social housing.
Exceptional leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams through change.
The ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders effectively.
Competency in using IT systems for case management and reporting.
