Role: HR Administrator

Location: Exmouth (office working every day)

Salary: £24,500 – £25,500 DOE

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (4pm finish on Fridays)

Duration: Fixed-term until end of August

Are you an organised, reliable administrator who thrives in a busy, people‑focused environment? Our client, a well‑respected organisation, is looking for an HR Administrator to support their friendly and fast‑paced HR team.

The Role - HR Administrator

  * Supporting the full recruitment process

  * Ensuring all recruitment steps and compliance checks are completed accurately

  * Managing candidate documentation and on-boarding admin

  * Maintaining and updating the in‑house HR system

  * Providing general HR administrative support to the wider team

  * Handling confidential information with professionalism and care

About You

  * Comfortable following detailed processes and compliance steps

  * Confident using IT systems and learning new software

  * Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  * Reliable, hardworking, and able to commit until the end of August

  * A great communicator with a positive, team‑focused approach

A DBS check will be required for this role.
